Superbill and Sliding Scale 

We never want finances to be a barrier to receiving support. Please let us know if you need to utilize our sliding scale rates.

 We provide a Superbill for clients who are out of network.  A superbill is a document that shows a list of services you received from a healthcare provider. You may need to submit a superbill to your insurance company to receive possible reimbursement for services.
